 今天講講松下貼片機(jī)mv2f的板卡知識：

 MMC卡：存貯 I/O卡
  Referred to as main machine controller which controls allcard,It receives information from other cards,and gives appropriatecommands to them >juWuB-OWT
 MMC卡是(機(jī)器主機(jī)控制)的縮寫，對所有其他控制卡進(jìn)行控制，他接收其他控制卡的數(shù)據(jù)，并向其他控制卡傳送正確的命令。
 
 MMI卡：接口卡
  MMI卡是(主機(jī)接口)的縮寫，控制外部環(huán)節(jié)的接口，如主操作盤， FDD數(shù)據(jù)寫入存取，以及后方操作盤(REALPANEL)，打印機(jī)，顯示器，操作系統(tǒng)等。

 SC卡：時序控制卡
  Determines the processes(head ,convey,error,etc.)throughsequential control and sends the results to the MMC card to allowit to give commands to each card P/\2} XR<7
 利用順序控制，SC卡對插入系統(tǒng)，傳送系統(tǒng)的寫出錯處理做出決定，他將判定結(jié)果的數(shù)據(jù)送至MMC卡，并將指令從MMC卡送至其他卡。

 RC卡：認(rèn)識卡 ( P861/P862/P863 )
  The recognition data from the CCD camera is written into thememory .

  the calculated values the MMC card ]
 將來自攝像機(jī)的組件插入孔數(shù)據(jù)以及其他一些板上的MARK信號記入存儲器，并與預(yù)先確定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)孔位比較后對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行計算，將計算結(jié)果送入MMC卡，其 他 一 些卡屬于 OPTION。主要根據(jù)機(jī)器的一些特定功能，如 2D SENSON卡, 3D –SENSOR卡，脈沖電機(jī)PM控制卡等。

 NC卡: 伺服系統(tǒng)控制卡
  Receives the operating signals from the MMC card,and sendsthe signals corresponding to the preset values in NC program to theAC servo driver to qS-'.=-zc;
control the AC servomotor
  NC卡接收來自MMC卡運轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)信號，并按照NC程序設(shè)定的數(shù)據(jù)將信號送到驅(qū)動器來達(dá)到控制馬達(dá)的正確運轉(zhuǎn)。

 NC1卡：伺服系統(tǒng)控制卡 ZL/ZA ZR/ZB   X   YJ6,9D}

 NC2卡：伺服系統(tǒng)控制卡 H NS θ1 θ2 θ3

 PM卡: 步進(jìn)系統(tǒng)控制卡
  Receives data from the MMC card,and sends it to the steppingmotor driver after calculating the number of pulses and motorrotational direction

 PM1卡：步進(jìn)系統(tǒng)控制卡 MT VT CT   DS MS VS

 PM2卡：步進(jìn)系統(tǒng)控制卡 Loader /UnLoader/ Table寬度調(diào)整 Pin X naw

 NC、PM卡與驅(qū)動器，SC卡與光模塊，MMI卡與顯示器等都是通過光纖回路連接的，圖紙中如2~12uw/10~39uw標(biāo)識是表示回路光導(dǎo)纖維光通量的指標(biāo)。需專門的測量儀器進(jìn)行測量。在這個數(shù)據(jù)范圍內(nèi)，光導(dǎo)纖維的數(shù)據(jù)傳送可以得到有效保證以讓機(jī)器處于*佳運行狀態(tài)。
